Just the mere mention of the word makes our hearts leap! Recognizing the Spring Equinox is a hopeful time of year in many spiritual traditions that has been celebrated for centuries. Spring for many represents a time of awakening as new birth outdoors starts peeking out from the earth. We "spring clean" our homes and we start venturing out more and come out of our winter hibernation.

So no matter what you celebrate, whether it's Easter, Nowruz, Holi, Purim or Ostara, the Springtime is a great time of awakening to reconnect with your consciousness and set some intentions for the new season.
